Getting Started
Welcome to Forzify's Media Asset Management (MAM) system! This guide will help you navigate through the platform and manage your media assets efficiently.
1. Logging In
- Access the Platform: Open your web browser and navigate to the MAM system's URL provided by your organization.
- Login Credentials: Enter your username and password in the login fields. If you're logging in for the first time, use the credentials provided by your admin.

Note
Make sure you have received your login credentials from your admin before attempting to log in.
2. Main Interface Overview
Once logged in, you'll be taken to the main interface with these available features.
Top Navigation Bar
- Library: This is where you can view and manage your media assets.
- New Upload: Click here to upload new media files to the system.
- Streams: Access live or recorded streams available in the system.
- Exports: Manage your exports, where you can download or share media files.
- Other: Additional tools and settings such as user management, statistics, teams management.
- User Profile: Your username is displayed here. Click on it for account settings or to log out.

Depending on your type of user, you might see different options, please ask your admin for feature requests.
3. Viewing and Managing Matches and Videos
After selecting the Library, you'll be presented with an interface to browse and search through matches, video assets, and events. Here's how you can navigate this section effectively:
- Match Filters: Use these drop-down filters to sort matches by season, team, or round.
- Match Listings: A list of recent matches is displayed, showing the date, time, and results. You can click on a match to view or edit associated media content.
- Events List: The Events section lists significant moments from the match. Each event is categorized with time stamps and tags to help you quickly locate key plays, such as goals, penalties, or notable saves.
- Filters: Use the drop-down filters to sort events by team or tag, helping you narrow down the specific moments you’re interested in.
- Actions: Select one or more events to perform batch actions such as exporting clips or creating compilations.
The Club Content section is where all the materials you upload, including subclips, edited videos, and other media assets, are stored. Similar to the Official Events section, this area allows you to manage your content efficiently. You can organize, review, edit, and export your assets directly from here, ensuring that everything you create is easily accessible and well-organized for future use.
The Search Bar is located at the top of the Library screen. Use it to find specific media assets or matches quickly. You can search by keywords, dates, teams, or other relevant metadata.
4. Video Playback and Controls
- Video Preview: On the right side of the screen, the selected video or event is loaded into the video player for preview.
- Playback Controls: You can play, pause, and navigate through the video using standard controls. Additional buttons allow you to adjust the video interval or jump back and forth by 10 seconds for precise viewing.
- Create Subclip: This option allows you to create a subclip from the current video. Specify the start and end points, then save the clip for later use.
- Export: The Export option lets you download or share the video or subclip directly from the platform.
- Video Metadata: Below the video player, you can view metadata related to the current video, including the title, event, and other relevant details.
5. Uploading New Content
- Start an Upload: Click on 'New Upload' in the top navigation bar.
- Select Files: Choose the media files you want to upload from your computer.
- Metadata Entry: Fill in the necessary metadata such as match details, tags, and descriptions to help categorize the content.
- Submit: Once everything is filled out, click 'Upload' to add the content to the MAM system.
6. Export
The Exports section in the Forzify MAM system provides powerful options for downloading your video content. There are two types of exports available:
- Purpose: The Offline Export option is designed for more advanced editing needs, such as creating compilations, adding graphics, or performing content-specific modifications.
- Some Features:
- AI-Powered Cropping: This feature can automatically follow the ball or specific players throughout the video, providing dynamic and focused clips.
- Graphic Overlays: Easily add team logos, scoreboards, or other graphical elements to your videos.
- Social Media Presets: The system includes predefined presets optimized for various social media platforms, ensuring that your videos are correctly formatted for different aspect ratios, resolutions, and file sizes.
- Usage: This option is perfect for creating highlight reels, promotional content, or tailored videos for social media. After selecting the video, you can apply the necessary
- Purpose: The Direct Export option allows you to quickly obtain an unmodified version of the video.
- Usage: This is ideal for situations where you need the raw footage without any alterations, such as sharing a full match or event recording as is or e.g., to modify it yourself on Adobe PPro.
- Process: Simply select the video or subclip you want to export, choose the Direct Export option, and download the file in mp4 or ts format. This method ensures that the video is delivered in its original quality and format without any modifications.
7. Streams
The Streams section lets you manage live and recorded broadcasts:
- Live Streams: View ongoing streams or schedule new ones.
- Schedule a Stream: Choose
RTMPorSRTfor streaming, set a title, select channels, and assign a category. - Pre/Post-Roll: Add videos to play before or after the stream for VOD.
This feature helps you efficiently organize and broadcast your live sports content.
8. Additional Features
Find additional settings or get help by clicking on the 'Other' option in the top navigation bar.
- Managing Users: Admins can add, remove, and manage user permissions to control access within the platform.
- Managing Teams and Tournaments: Organize and manage team rosters, schedules, and tournament brackets easily.
- Statistics and Views: Access detailed statistics and analytics on your media content, including viewer engagement and performance metrics.
9. Logging Out
- Logout: When you're done, click on your username in the top right corner and select 'Log Out' to securely exit the system.
