Here are some frequently asked questions to help you get started with Forzify MAM.

1. How do I log in?

How do I log in?

To log in to Forzify MAM, follow these steps:

  1. Go to thelogin page.
  2. Enter your username and password in the respective fields.
  3. Click the Log In button.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password? link to reset it.

Once logged in, you will have access to your media library, uploads, and other account settings.

2. How do I export a video?

How do I export a video?

To export a video from Forzify MAM, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the library.
  2. Find the video you want to export and click on it.
  3. In the video details page, look for theExport option with direct download or prepare download.
  4. For prepare download select the export settings, including format, resolution, and other options as required.
  5. Click Export, and the system will generate a downloadable file for you.

How do I merge videos?

To merge multiple videos in Forzify MAM:

  1. Go to theLibrary tab and select the videos you wish to merge by clicking each video.
  2. Once selected, click on the Actions button at the top and choose Create Compilation.
  3. Arrange the selected videos in the order you want them to appear in the merged file.
  4. Once completed, the merged video will appear in your club content library.

To share a video in Forzify MAM:

  1. Navigate to theLibrary and export the video you want to share using a social media preset.
  2. In the export table, click on the Share button next to the download button.
  3. You will be given options to share different social medias based on your account permission.
  4. Log in in the social media and then click on share after a succefull log in.

5. How do I import videos into Adobe Premiere Pro?

How do I import videos into Adobe Premiere Pro?

To import videos from Forzify MAM into Adobe Premiere Pro, follow these steps:

  1. First, export the video you want to use from Forzify MAM to your local computer by following theExport a video process.
  2. Open Adobe Premiere Pro and go to File > Import.
  3. Navigate to the location on your computer where you exported the video.
  4. Select the video file and click Import.
  5. The video will now appear in your Premiere Pro project bin, ready for editing.
